We should all do more to conserve the bass we love to catch as well as their habitat. There are lots of little things we can do to help with preserving bass and their habitat. Keeping trash and line out of our lakes is an easy first step that can be accomplished simply by keeping a bag for trash in the boat and disposing of it at the end of the day. Also wash your boat, trailer, and livewells out at the end of the day which will help with keeping invasive grass and organisms from spreading to new lakes. Taking good care of our fish during the tournament day is another important thing to do. Fish preservation chemicals, livewell aeration, and attentive care are good starting points for keeping fish alive and well taken care of and important way to maintain a positive image of our sport. Remember some of these tips and please let me know of any other ideas you may have as well.
I am not a pro fisherman just Joe Average out here trying to enjoy the outdoors. I love to bass fish and love the competition of tournament fishing as well. Hope you find something within my sight that is entertaining or informative..
